Five steps from a photo of a menu to knowing who owes you what. You only set up a store once — after that it's steps 3 to 5, every time.

Start from a store
A store is the shop you order lunch from — every menu and order belongs to one. Stores are shared by everyone organizing here, so the shop is probably already listed.
If it isn't, add it with “+ New store”. Stores are shared and only an admin can remove one, so it's worth checking the list before adding a duplicate. You can fill in the address, phone and payment details later so everyone can see how to pay.

Get the menu in
Snap a photo of the menu, or paste the text. AI turns it into a draft you review before publishing.
Nothing is published until you say so, and re-parsing never overwrites a menu you've already edited. On the menu page you can add dishes, set prices, and build option groups like 飯量 or 辣度.

Open an order
Open an order on a published menu and people can start picking. It's yours alone — try one out, and delete it if it was just a test.
A deadline is optional — leave it blank and the order stays open until you close it. Nothing closes itself behind your back. Unlike stores, an order belongs only to you: nobody else sees it, and you can delete it from its manage page whenever you like.

Share the link
Send the link (or the QR code) to your group. They don't need an account.
Watch items arrive on the manage page. People can mark themselves paid and say how; you confirm the money as it actually lands.

Compile, then settle up
Compile turns the orders into a tally for the kitchen — and a copy-paste summary for your group chat.
Then work down the payment column: confirm who has paid, fill in how the money arrived if they didn't say. When it's done, mark the order completed.
What about the people ordering?
They don't register. You send them one link — they pick a dish, and can mark that they've paid. Everything else is yours.
